We will accept unworn and unused items, with tags and receipt within 7 days of purchase. Online orders must be postmarked within 7 days after you received your item. Shipping costs for all returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. If your return is accepted, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Condition of Returned Merchandise
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition: tags attached, unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance/odor/deodorant, free of pet dander, and must have a receipt. If items show any signs of wear or don't meet our conditions set above, a refund will not be issued.
Non-Returnable
The following items are not available for return or exchange: All Special Sale items and Clearance items are Final Sale, Gift cards, items won in a giveaway, fresh flowers and fresh plants, all food products, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as soaps or lotions), bralettes and swimwear.
Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges due to our limited quantities of each collection. If you wish to order a different size, please place a new order and follow our return policy to return your original purchase.
We do accept in-store exchanges at our ReStyle & Co. location during store hours in Baldwin, Wisconsin. We will accept unworn and unused items, with tags and receipt within 7 days of purchase. Due to limited quantities, an item may not be available for exchange but a return can be processed if item meets our conditions for a return.
