Original Packet of Vintage Wildroot Wave Powder, a cosmetic product manufactured by the Wildroot Company in Buffalo, New York around 1930-1940. Users mixed this concentrated powder with water to create one pint of "Heavy Wave Set". It functioned as a setting lotion or liquid gel used to shape, set, and lock finger waves or hairstyles in place.
